Documents Required
Class 3 Contractor License
Individual Applicant (B.E. Civil)
Individual Applicant (Non-B.E.)
Submit four recent passport-size photos of the applicant or authorized representative.
Provide a solvency certificate worth ₹2 lakhs issued by a recognized bank.
Attach copies of the Civil Engineering Degree and valid registration certificate.
Submit valid proof of residence such as a Tahsildar certificate, Voter ID, Aadhaar, Driving License, or Passport.
Include self-attested copies of PAN, GST, Income Tax Returns, and Aadhaar Card.
Submit a ₹100 e-stamp paper affidavit as per PWD application requirements.
Submit four recent passport-size photos of the applicant or authorized representative.
Provide a solvency certificate worth ₹2 lakhs issued by a recognized bank.
Submit a work completion certificate of at least ₹2 lakhs or a CA-certified turnover statement (up to ₹10 lakhs).
Attach self-attested copies of PAN, GST registration, Income Tax Returns, and Aadhaar Card.
Provide valid proof of residence such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, or certificate from the Tahsildar.
Include a consent letter from a qualified Civil Engineer (B.E.) associated with your firm.
Partnership Firm / Private Limited Company
Provide four recent passport-size photos of the applicant or authorized signatory.
Submit a solvency certificate worth ₹2 lakhs issued by a recognized bank.
Attach a work completion certificate of ₹2 lakhs or a CA-certified turnover statement up to ₹10 lakhs.
Provide valid residence proof such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, or certificate from the Tahsildar.
Include PAN, GST registration, Income Tax Returns, and Aadhaar Card for verification.
Submit Partnership Deed, MOA/AOA, and Power of Attorney copies for business authentication.
Provide a ₹100 e-stamp affidavit or a notary-attested declaration as required by PWD.
Attach passport-size photos of all partners or company directors.
Include firm or company registration certificate, address proof, and PAN card.
Attach consent letters from qualified B.E. Civil Engineers associated with the firm.
Work or turnover proof is not required if all partners or directors hold B.E. Civil Engineering degrees.
Class 2 Contractor License ( Upgradation/Renewal)
Application Form
Submit a duly completed and signed PWD contractor license application form.
Mandatory Documents
Attach self-attested copies of PAN, GST, Income Tax Returns, and Aadhaar Card.
Address Proof
Provide valid address proof for both the firm and applicant.
Work Experience Proof
Submit records of completed works totaling ₹40 lakhs (minimum one project above ₹10 lakhs).
Bank Solvency Certificate
Provide a solvency certificate worth ₹10 lakhs issued by a recognized bank.
Passport-Size Photographs
Include recent passport-size photographs of all applicants or partners.
